11/09/09

Good:
-Had the energy to go clothes shopping for 2 hours and go grocery shopping.

Bad:
-Woke up in the middle of the night with stomach pain. Was up for 45 mins.
-Woke up with headache.
-Lower back started hurting while clothes shopping, developed another headache after returning home and felt pretty tired the rest of the day.

Good:
-Slept through the night.
-Had the energy to skype with the in-laws, hike 2.3 miles, walk 1.5 miles, and scan some pictures.

11/07/09

Good:
-Had the energy to go out to the movies and run to Target.

Bad:
-Woke up at 1am having to urinate, then couldn’t go back to sleep for almost 2 hours, and had to take 2 sleeping pills to fall back asleep.
-Felt sleepy for most of the day.

Lessons Learned:
-Taking more than 1&1/2tsp sea salt makes me drink too much liquid, which makes me wake up earlier to urinate.
-Restoril sleeping pills make me feel sleepy/groggy the entire next day. Not worth it.

Experiments:
-Increased Cynomel dose to 68.75mcg.

Good:
-Was able to go back to sleep after waking up around 4am to urinate.
-Had the energy to go in for blood work, scan/tag photos, run errands and take a long walk.

Bad:
-Still waking up to urinate. Boo.

Good:
-Slept through the night.
-Had the energy to scan and tag photos, go to a doctor’s appointment, run a couple of errands and take a walk.

Bad:
-Woke up at 5:30am.
-Left knee hurt a little.

Good:
-Had the energy to scan and edit photos, do dishes and take a long walk.
-Didn’t feel tired all day, despite the bad night’s sleep.

Bad:
-Woke up at 1am feeling extremely thirsty, then had to urinate and couldn’t get back to sleep for 2+ hours.
-Became weepy and depressed at bedtime. PMS.

Good:
-Woke up once or twice before the alarm, but went right back to sleep.
-Had the energy to scan photos, get docs ready for doctor appt and hike 2 miles.
-Felt positive, well and motivated all day.

Good:
-Did not have to wake up to urinate.
-Had the energy to scan photos, take a long walk, tag photos and play Rock Band.

Bad:
-Woke up at 5:30 and couldn’t go back to sleep.

Good:
-Slept through the night with no urination.
-Had the energy to play Monopoly and Rock Band.

Bad:
-Felt very tired in the early afternoon and late evening.

Experiments:
-I’m going to try taking extra sea salt tonight to make sure I still don’t wake up.
