Good:
-Slept well and was able to go back to sleep after waking up at 5:00 and 6:20!
-Had the energy to dust and vacuum the house and tidy up around the house.
-Had a libido.
Bad:
-Had to take a nap around noon.
-Crashed around 4pm and spent the rest of the evening watching movies.
-Tried to go to bed early, but couldn’t fall asleep.
